Transfer Credit Process
Incoming first-year students who took college-level coursework while still in high school may be eligible to receive college credit for those courses. Students should complete the Freshman Transfer Credit Petition form to begin the process. Only courses that are a part of the college/university's regular college-level curriculum and taught by a member of the college/university faculty are eligible for transfer credit to Lehigh.
After completing the form and submitting to the college or university where you were enrolled in course(s), you should also request that an official transcript be sent to Lehigh from the college or university if you have already completed the course(s). Only grades of C or better are eligible for transfer. Official transcripts should be sent to:

Electronic transcripts are also accepted if sent directly from the college or university. Those should be sent to email@example.com.

To see if your transfer credit has been awarded:
- Login to Banner via connect.lehigh.edu
- After selecting Banner, choose the Student Services tab>Student Academic Records>Academic Transcript
- Set the Transcript Level to “All Levels” and the Transcript Type to “Advising”. Click submit.
- If your credit has been posted, you will see a list of all transfer credit that has been accepted by Lehigh University
